When I saw the mold, I thought I was staying at one of Istanbul's historical sites. I wouldn't mention any view, there wasn't any. The breakfast food was so bland, as if if was cooked, washed in lukewarm water then served. Tasteless. Only the fruits were spared I think. I stayed in a double room with a friend for a whole week. Not a single time were the floors swept past the entrance and inside the bathroom. Reception clerks were nice and welcoming though.

I usually rent apartments, but this time i traveled on business, so my partners booked the hotel, the hotel is in a good spot that is close to all the places we tend to, that is the only good thing about it. The rooms are so small, for a person that is 176 cm tall i had to duck when entering the room, the bed sheets were torn and the room wasn't that clean, tge room didn't have a chair so i couldn't use the desk to write or do some work on my laptop at the end of the day, the elevator was so small it barely fit our luggage, the breakfast wasn't that impressive either, i barely managed to fill a plate, for a four star hotel it doesn't deliver. I guess this hotel will most suit young adults who are looking to explore the city and have a place to spend the night.

Location is near to shopping areas. Walking distance to Aksaray Metro station. Easy to reach historical monuments at Sultan Ahmet area. Rooms are small, but service is very good. Reception staff members are helpful.

Very disappointed with this hotel, it ruined our whole stay here in Istanbul. Crap location, rooms are small, and very dusty! Staff are miserable and unwilling to help with requirements, also their cheeky enough to try and charge you for extras. Absolutely dumb founded as to how this is rated a four star hotel. More like a two or three... Breakfast is ok ish.... Not a lot of choice everyday is the same. We booked half board so expected to have some kind of dinner. It appeared we were the only visitors who had dinner there and they had to order it from elsewhere every night! I'm so upset that we booked this place expecting a good clean four star hotel. A total waste of my money. The decor in the lobby is beautiful but very misleading. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for somewhere to stay in Istanbul.
